The Missing Millions: campaigning on 7 November

The Tories have rushed through changes to the electoral registration system, and now around one million people are set to lose their votes.

In Wakefield 15,330 people are at the risk of slipping off the electoral register, which represents 6% of all voters.

It is important that everyone in Wakefield registers to vote. It’s quick and easy - you can register in just three minutes by going to www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.

I will be out on College Grove on Saturday 7th November from 10 - 11.30am, talking to people most likely to fall off the register. We are meeting on Pinderfields Road, off Eastmoor Road. Please RSVP if you would like to come along
