Post Office announce 'public forum' meeting to discuss future of service in Wakefield

Following the deeply disappointing news that Post Office Ltd has decided to close Wakefield Crown Post Office on Northgate, they will hold a public forum on Tuesday 21 June to discuss their proposal to relocate the services to WHSmith in Trinity Walk.

The meeting will take place on Tuesday 21st June 2016, 4pm-7pm, at Wakefield Town Hall, Wood Street, Wakefield WF1 2HQ.

The forum will be an opportunity for customers to ask questions about the proposal on a one-to-one basis, and Mary will be attending to express her concerns about the impact of the plans on Wakefield families and businesses.

Don't forget - you can also take part in the consultation online. For all the details, click here.
