Working hard for Wakefield

Bus services petition

The Government is planning to give cities with elected Mayors London-style powers, which would mean more buses, on more routes.

Wakefield will miss out on this opportunity as we do not have an elected Mayor.

“We the undersigned call on the Government to drop Clause 21 from the Bus Services Bill and allow all local councils to run buses.”
